Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Colladome, we strive to provide the best experience to our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for the services and products we offer.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • For Digital Services: Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the service has not already started.
  • For Physical Products (if applicable): Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only processed if:
    • The service was not delivered as promised
    • The product delivered is damaged or defective (if applicable)
    • The request is made within 7 days of delivery or completion
  • Non-Refundable Services: Customized solutions, consultancy, or services already in progress are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

If eligible, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.

5. Disputes

We aim to resolve all requests amicably. However, in case of disputes, our decision will be final and binding as per the terms and conditions agreed at the time of purchase.
